Why did you choose VUMC Emergency Medicine?
Frankly, I wanted to be the best emergency physician I could be, and after interviewing here and meeting the incredible faculty and residents we have, I knew this was the place to make that a reality. The reputation at Vanderbilt is what it is for a reason, and I truly believe we are the best of the best!
What are your interests within Emergency Medicine?
Academics/teaching, Critical Care, Administration
What would you be doing if you weren't doing Emergency Medicine?
Probably failing at trying to go to the moon.
What's your 5-year plan?
I would eventually like to be involved in residency program leadership/administration and practicing in an academic environment, but time will tell!
What's a random fact about you?
Realizing how rare it is to find and keep such amazing friends through life, my group of best friends from childhood unashamedly call ourselves the Unicorns.
